Build Strength

When using our Core Sliders, Resistance Bands or Mini bands, you can change the difficulty level by either changing how you disperse your body weight, the strength (or colour) of your bands, or the amount of repetitions you perform.
Most exercises will be easier if you rest on your knees as opposed to your feet. Or, to a lesser extent, it is also generally easier to rest on your elbows instead of your hands.
