Getting started

I would advise anyone starting out to an exercise plan to consult a health professional first. It is in our opinion that some level of core strength is advisable before beginning to use our products. A good test of your condition is the plank exercise. You should be able to hold a plank position, completely straight, for at least 15 seconds. If not, you would be advised to do this exercise until you have the strength build up to do this.
